Thank you for your interest in creating an account with Airfactz Background Screening and Reporting. As you may be aware, Airfactz is a Consumer Reporting Agency (CRA) and, as a result, we are regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and the credit bureaus. As a result, there are some minimum requirements that must be met to create an account with Airfactz. These requirements differ by type of business. Choose the option that suits your business and complete all documentation to set up an account.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THOSE LOCATED IN
End User Certification of Compliance (One page document): Must be completed and signed.
If an individual landlord, one of the following for each property listed on the Rental Property Information document: a) copy of your filed title with proof of filing or b) property insurance documents.
DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED FOR EMPLOYMENT SCREENING:
Enrollment Application (One page document): Must be completed and signed.
Access Security Requirements (Three page document): Must be completed and signed.
End User Certification of Use for Employment Insight Reports (One page document): Must be completed and signed.
Employment Screening Service Agreement (Two page document): Must be completed and signed.
Additional Branches (One page document): If applicable, must be completed and signed.
If the primary number listed on your application is unlisted or is a cell phone number, a copy of your phone bill must be submitted with the membership paperwork. The phone bill must be in your name or company name and the phone number must be listed on the phone bill.
