migrated to a newer, improved screening application system - Version 2.0.

For assistance with logging into and using Version 2.0 for the first time, please call our

include your account name and  contact information.

To request a copy of a report that was previously processed in Version 1.0 please

use the contact us web form link and include two of the following: report number,

applicant name and/or date application was screened.  Please also include

your contact information.
