As a landlord, how do I setup the online application for my rentals?

The first step is to contact Airfactz staff and request that your account be setup with the online application.  Once contacted, Airfactz will enable your account and provide you a unique web address that can be provided to applicants.

Is it possible for the online application to look like it is a part of my website rather than the Airfactz website?

Yes.  Airfactz made the online application robust enough to change the look and feel to match just about any customer's desire.  It can then be incorporated into any website and appear as though the applicant is applying directly with you.  This option is available at an additional cost.  Please contact Airfactz for additional information.

I don't want to pay the application fee.  How do I make sure the applicant's fees are paid?

When then applicant completes the application, the last step requires that they pay for the fees with a debit or credit card.  If they do not provide a valid card, they will not be able to submit the application.  This ensures that no surprise bills will show up on your doorstep.

Is it required that the applicant complete the application all at once?

No.  The online application has a "save" feature that allows the applicant to come back and complete the process at a later date.  This is great if the applicant runs out of time or if they don't have all the answers to the application handy.

What is the cost associated with the online application?

There is no additional cost for taking advantage of this new service.  It is simply a value added service that benefits everyone.

What is the advantage to both the applicant and landlord if the online application is used?

Landlord Advantages:

• More options for attracting applicants because marketing is easier
• Less paperwork because it is securely stored online
• Liability is reduced because intial sensitive information (social security number, date of birth, etc) is provided directly to Airfactz
• Applicant pays for the screening online before the work begins
• Results come back faster

Applicant Advantages:

• Can apply whenever it is convenient - day or night
• Do not have to worry about delays from incomplete or illegible applications
• Better communication between all three parties (Airfactz, Landlord and Applicant)
