PRODUCTION
One position available: Credit and Criminal Specialist
This is a part time position (approximately 10-20 hours per week)
Responsibilities include:
- Entering information into online processing system
- Researching and reviewing of criminal records
- Providing customer service to clients over the phone
- Answering and transferring calls on a multi-line phone system
Successful candidates will meet the following requirements:
- Must have strong computer knowledge and high level of comfort with searching and investigation information on the internet
- Must be able to type 60+ words per minute
- Must be professional and have a great phone voice
- Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and peers
- Must be detail oriented and an excellent multi-tasker
- Must be able to pass a background check
