Individual Landlords
Airfactz is proud to offer services to individual landlords at a time when many companies are leaving this market to fend for itself. We understand the value our service offers to an individual landlord who cannot afford to rent to a poor tenant and we can provide you with the necessary information you need to make an informed rental decision.
THE SCREENING PROCESS
An application must be collected from each tenant you would like screened; Airfactz supplies an application at the time of enrollment in our services. On this application, the tenant can pay for the screening using a credit/debit card. This form is then submitted to Airfactz via fax, in person, or through our background processing website. We also have an online application available that automatically collects the screening fee and submits the order immediately to Airfactz; click here for more information on this option.
Airfactz has developed two reports designed to fit the specific needs of an individual landlord:
THE SET UP PROCESS
In order to set up an account with Airfactz, there is an upfront $50 fee to the landlord (discount is available with proof of membership in a rental association). This fee covers the processing of your enrollment paperwork (see paperwork below) required by the credit bureaus for due diligence. It also covers the additional services you will receive with Airfactz such as access to member only forms, 24/7 access to background screening software, call in customer support, and industry updates and educational materials via our monthly newsletter.
All clients are also required to complete some necessary documentation. The requirement for this documentation comes from Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and from the credit bureaus. Please use the below links to download the documentation required to establish an account with Airfactz.
If you have any questions on the documentation, please click here.
